J. BLACK'S Feel Good Kitchen & Lounge - New Years Eve Event Cancellation Policy:
This policy applies to the pre-purchase and purchase of NYE tickets to J. BLACK’S New Year’s Eve Party held in Austin, Dallas and/or Houston, Texas. For refunds, all cancellations must be received via email to jblacks@jblacks.com no later than 12.23.12.
A $25.00 (per person) processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
-Phone/Fax/Mail/Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
-It is up to the purchaser to confirm receipt of the cancellation request.
-No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.
-Substitutions for persons attending can be made without additional charge.
-In the event of circumstances beyond its control, J. BLACK’S Feel Good Kitchen & Lounge reserves the right to amend or cancel any event.
J. BLACK’S Feel Good Kitchen & Lounge is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
